System Support Specialist

Job Posting:

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Mandatory experience required : SQL database, Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, Power Query, SAP and NGC e-SPS, Smartsheet

Resolve issues through system troubleshooting, data analysis, process review and escalation to IT technical team.

User ID administration, data fix, data compilation, incident logging, change request submission and quarterly ID appropriateness review.

Develop and maintain training manuals, user guides and process documents. Conduct NGC/NEW system training workshops for newly onboard vendors and existing vendors upon system enhancement and version upgrade

Systems testing, user acceptance testing, results documentation and implementation and enhancement.

Provide support to end users on SAP PO maintenance, purchase info record update and po mass update processes.

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or senior personnel.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Relevant experience required min 5 years.

Experience working with SQL database, Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, Power Query, SAP and NGC e-SPS, Smartsheet

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Technology savvy with ability to master application and software tool usage in a short timeframe

Analytical thinking

Ability to work independently without supervision and under time pressure

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Academic Requirement: University graduate in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
