Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced RF Foreman to join our team. As an RF Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.

Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and crew, including site-specific closeout documentation.

Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.

Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met at all times.

Compile and upload site-specific closeout documentation to customer interfaces.

Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities, maintaining positive relationships.

Provide leadership, guidance, and training to all crew members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.

Certifications in First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.

Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.

Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy.

Ability to create a safe work environment with acceptable quality and efficiency.

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and training proper work and safety procedures.

Capable of tower climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasionally working up to 12 hours.

Successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening.

Local to the market.
