You will be working closely with:

GM CP Data

CP/SC Delivery Center Manager, CP/SC KL Leadership Team, CP/SC KL Leaders Forum, Member of the CP/SC Networks (Capability Team – Care.Share.Learn, Grad Network)

Member of Site Emergency Response Team, Member of CP/SC KL local Business Continuity Response Team (BCRT) and Local HSE team.

The overall responsibility is to support the GM, the KL Delivery Centre lead and key leaders in calendar/meetings management, logistics, events management etc.

What's the role?

Operations Streamliner & Savvy Organiser (Administrative Management & Operational Excellence)

Day to day responsibility in calendar and meetings management

Organize meetings for key leaders eg leaders huddles, weekly/monthly meetings, councils. This includes but is not limited to following up on key attendance, managing conflicts, agenda preparation, pre-reads and document management in Teams/Sharepoint.

Operational Excellence and communications which can include updating and preparing for engagement packs

Department Purchases & Low Value Expenses

The candidate will be a holder of department credit card, ensuring spend/budget adherence, and processing of receipts and payment in accordance to guidelines.

Projects & Events

Manage special events, townhalls, including team Away Days, celebrations/festivities, team dinners which includes logistics, catering, claims/payment, agenda, gifts/souvenirs etc. This also includes hosting both internal/external visitors, and working with others like IT, facilities, real estate as necessary

Coordinate with Delivery Center Manager to ensure Branding, Marketing and EVP of the KL Hub is successfully implemented.

Storeroom/ Contract Room Management

Manage CP/SC KL Storeroom / Contract room in terms of merchandise inventory and stocking, tracking and monitoring such that our contracts and items in store room is managed effectively in line with guidelines.

What do we need from you?

Preferably candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Seasoned professional with entrepreneurial and commercial mindset preferably gained from ‘hands-on’ experience with multiple people, multi-tasking environment and work with others to execute tasks - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.

Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse interfaces, build trust and credibility.

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations & deliver under timeline.

Ability to work with limited direct supervision.

Flexible, confident, and able to manage with agility and diplomacy

Able to maintain a very high level of confidentiality regarding all information handled within the business.

Uncompromising discipline to Safety, Ethics & Compliance, Code of Conduct, Laws & Regulations.
