Sr. Lean Engineer

Beneva Group has recently partnered with a leading provider of custom printed products to help them find their next Sr. Lean Engineer northeast of Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will lead and participate in projects, coach and train employees, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a highly visible position and will have tremendous growth potential.

Essential Functions

Lead and execute projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Coach and train employees on Lean methodologies and empower them to identify and address inefficiencies.

Benchmark and share best practices across different teams and locations.

Analyze data and utilize statistical methods to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred)

Lean, CI, and/or Six Sigma certification preferred

3-8 years of dedicated Lean Manufacturing experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong ability to connect with others interpersonally

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is located in Sanford, FL (northeast of Orlando).
