Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Sales Representative at Crown Exteriors. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

Become an industry expert at construction restoration & sales

Conduct property inspections

Become proficient in reporting and generating work orders

Attend all meetings scheduled by the Sales Manager and Crown Exteriors leadership

Nurture customers throughout the sales process

Meet monthly revenue requirements.

Sign preliminary contracts with clients

Meet with insurance adjusters

Maintain a positive and open line of communication with your customers throughout their relationship with Crown Exteriors

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Experience in customer service or sales

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
