We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Problem Solver to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with distributor sales and procurement teams, tracking market competitive conditions and collaborating closely with internal teams to support distributors. Your primary goal will be to increase branch engagements with our valued partners.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Distributor Sales and Procurement Teams: Build strong relationships with distributor sales and procurement teams, acting as a liaison between our company and theirs. Understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities to provide effective solutions.

Track Market Competitive Conditions: Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Support Distributors: Assist distributors in achieving their sales targets by providing product information, resolving inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Act as a problem solver to overcome obstacles and facilitate smooth operations.

Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure distributors receive the necessary support. Communicate distributor feedback and requirements internally to drive continuous improvement.

Increase Branch Engagements: Develop and implement strategies to increase branch engagements with key distributors, CED and ABC. Identify opportunities for joint promotions, training sessions, or other initiatives to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Must be willing to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Experience in tracking market conditions and interpreting data is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Must be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
