Examine patients, form plans of care, and order laboratory tests, diagnostic tests, and referrals as appropriate

Manage both acute and chronic conditions through direct intervention like medication prescription and patient education
•
Consultation with collaborating Physician as appropriate
•
Complete documentation of patient encounters, funding sources, and billing according to policy
•
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm

Qualifications:
Unrestricted and active Texas Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
•
Current BLS, ACLS certification
•
Current Texas DEA certificate prior to start date
•
Proficiency with EMRs
