Pay Range: $80k - $100k/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for MDM/PIM projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and data dictionaries.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and facilitate timely resolution of issues.

Define and prioritize user stories and features in collaboration with the product owner and development team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.

Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state and propose solutions to address business needs and improve processes.

Perform data analysis to understand data sources, data quality issues, and data transformation requirements, and collaborate with data architects to design effective data models and mappings.

Facilitate discussions and workshops to resolve conflicts, make decisions, and drive consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities and interests.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, sharing best practices and helping to build their skills and capabilities in requirements analysis and project management.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to MDM/PIM, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our projects and processes.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to address their needs and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Stibo and MDM/PIM experience must have.

Agile Methodologies.

Jira & Confluence.

Microsoft Office Suite.

Microsoft Visio, Figma or other Prototyping tools.

Minimum 8 years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles.

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on MDM/PIM projects and solutions.

Deep understanding of MDM/PIM concepts, principles, and best practices, including data modelling, data governance, data quality, and data integration.

Proven track record of leading requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation efforts for complex software projects, with a focus on delivering value to business stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements and recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, use case modelling, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or MDM/PIM (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional - CIMP) is a plus.
