Utilities Pipe foreman

Position: Utilities Pipe Foreman

Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities of construction crew to ensure projects are completed within specifications and meet quality standards.

Perform tests and inspections to maintain quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints for project understanding.

Communicate with clients and vendors for project updates and coordination.

Manage job site expenditures and provide documentation to management.

Analyze job site productivity and recommend improvements.

Operate heavy machinery as needed.

Coordinate equipment needs with transportation department.

Approve employee time and crew production records.

Qualifications:

Experience supervising crews in installing underground pipes for residential/commercial projects.

Proficiency in handling utilities ranging from 2" to 60" systems.

Ability to read blueprints.

OSHA 30 training in Trenching/Excavation and confined space.

Familiarity with transit lasers, pipe lasers, and hand tools.

Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.

Physical capability to perform manual labor and withstand outdoor working conditions.

Salary Range: 80-100k
