His practice involves estate planning, estate administrations, trust administrations, representation of beneficiaries, and related litigation consultations. Attorney Lile is looking for an experienced paralegal to add to his team.

About The Firm

Trust and estate work requires diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail. We have an extremely busy practice that requires professionalism and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in estate planning and probate and trust administration. You consider your position as a career and not just a job and take pride in your work. You possess an extraordinary attention to detail and have a commitment to producing quality work in a timely manner for our clients. You are also proactive and take initiative in addition to being well organized.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Interacting with clients and prospective clients

Working on estate planning documents

Preparing and reviewing internal memos

Understanding parties to deeds and other transactions

Preparing and filing court documents for probate administration

Calendaring and monitoring deadlines

Preparing Form 706 and Form 709

Preparing fiduciary accountings

Experience and attributes:

Minimum 5 years’ recent experience in estate planning and probate and trust administration

Florida Registered Paralegal certification preferred; if not already held, FRP certification is required in the first year of employment

Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe is required

Proficiency with WordPerfect is preferred

Working knowledge of GEMS is preferred

Extreme attention to detail

Excellent proofreading skills and grasp of grammar rules

Works independently but also as part of a team

Compassionate and empathetic

Intellectually curious

Takes pride in a job well done

We have high expectations, but we reward commitment and quality work generously. Compensation package is commensurate with experience.
