Electronic Packaging Engineer - Albuquerque, New Mexico - RF Components

I'm looking for a talented Electronic Packaging Engineer with strong knowledge in electronic packaging design for RF components.

This person will be a crucial part of my client's team as they develop and build novel, high-frequency components in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Some of your responsibilities and daily tasks would include but aren't limited to:

Analyze requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and specifications for their products.

Develops high-level and detailed packaging designs for RF & microelectronics

Supports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services

Requirements:

Bachelor's and 5+ years' experience, Master's with 3+ years' experience or PhD degree with proven experience

Proven experience in Electronic Packaging Design

Experience in mechanical CAD design & stress, structural, fatigue, and thermal analysis

Experience delivering working products through design, verification, and test

It would be a plus if you have experience in applications such as airborne, space, digital, RF or power systems or knowledge of filter and passive device concepts and testing.
