Vice President Finance

The Bolton Group is engaged with a $1b+ PE-backed global manufacturer to hire a Vice President of Finance. This position will report to the CFO and manage a global corporate finance team. This hire will also be the point-person for communications and deliverables with the PE deal team.

Vice President/Head of FP&A – Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience, with multiple years of team management experience

Life Sciences or manufacturing background highly preferred

Previous experience working in a portfolio company/PE firm relationship very helpful

Proven ability to lead from the front and work with C-suite on strategic projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills required

Previous M&A experience a plus

Hybrid schedule – office in the greater New Haven, CT area

Compensation: targeting competitive base, bonus, and significant exit equity
