Senior Maintenance Manager Opportunity: Fresno, CA

Overview: Our client is looking for someone to lead their growing distribution center's maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. Manage staff, optimize systems, and prioritize safety. Salary to range from $105k-$130k +bonuses (based on experience).

Oversee maintenance & repairs

Manage staff & contractors

Optimize system performance

Deliver within budget & KPIs

Ensure safety & protocol adherence

Lead & develop technical/non-technical teams

Manage vendors & parts supply

Monitor & report KPIs

Manage team vacancies

Qualifications:

Engineering degree (Electrical/related) with controls emphasis

Material handling systems, automation & electronics experience (conveyors, robotics)

Proven troubleshooting & repair of industrial control systems

SCADA HMI experience
