**Job Summary:**

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems in the Hampton Roads area. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating and cooling equipment such as, but not limited to Chillers, Cooling Towers, VFD, Split Systems, Package Units, VRF, WSHP, Water Pumps, Electrical Motors, Etc. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative solutions.

- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance, and repairs.

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings and recommend appropriate actions.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- State issued Journeyman or Masters HVAC license

- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician in commercial/industrial settings.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and customer service skills.
