Lendz Financial is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. As a vital member of our RevOps team, you will be responsible for owning the Salesforce org environment and associated tech stack. Within the first six months, you can expect to help our organization roll out a brand new Inside Sales team, ensuring the team has everything they need from a technological perspective to be successful, as well as successfully migrate our entire Operations team into Salesforce for their current system.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter who thrives on a small business environment: trading the common bureaucracy and slow-paced environment from most larger organizations for a new org environment implemented in early 2024 with a core focus on data quality and building a true Customer360 platform worthy of a Dreamforce feature.

This role offers a hybrid work setup, allowing for the flexibility to work from home combined with the expectation to be present at the office as needed for meetings and other collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a great end user experience by building and maintaining functionality on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (with Experience, Service and Data Cloud soon to follow)

Execute the roadmap projects by setting proper expectations on resources needed, progress towards deadlines, and implement the basics of Application Lifecycle Management (sandbox management, deployments, etc).

Oversee and manage the integration of Salesforce with other third-party business tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow & integration by coordinating with contracted developers (when necessary).

Provide Enablement via training and support to end users on functionality and best practices.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce and associated systems.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Salesforce Administration, with proficiency in Sales + Experience Clouds.

Excellent communication skills & ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and technical requirements into business specifications for stakeholders.

Strong experience in automation and declarative aspects, with the ability to design and build Flows and have a general concept of Apex (and coordinate requirements with contracted developers).

Proficiency using middleware and data loader tools.

Marketing Cloud Account Engagement experience a plus.

Actual Salesforce Development experience a plus, but not required.

Salesforce Certifications are beneficial, but not required.

Fluency in Spanish an advantage.
