How You Will Make an Impact
Instructional Designer will develop comprehensive training plans for phone agents and digital specialists to meet contact center and corporate development expectations. This involves using various approaches such as new-agent orientation, just-in-time training, manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
Serve as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding program expectations, understanding agents’ challenges, and representing the program effectively.
Instructional Designer will partner with various stakeholders to enhance GHW’s blended learning strategies.
Establish best practices for training design and assist in their implementation.
Instructional Designer will lead the end-to-end process of updating training materials in response to business changes. This includes gathering information, gaining stakeholder approvals, and developing and delivering the final product.
Design and develop training material that can be quickly updated within the program’s resources.
Instructional Designer will engage in instructional design tasks independently or collaboratively for various lines of business.
Conduct job-task analyses, determine instructional strategies, set measurable objectives, and design logical course structures in partnership with SME’s.

What You Bring to the Table
2-3 years of professional instructional design experience and training development.
A bachelor’s degree in training, Instructional Design, Education, is a plus.
Proficient in Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere Pro), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Project Management experience a plus.
Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated. Highly enthusiastic and proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on key priorities despite conflicting demands.
Operate in a professional office environment.
Constantly use work related equipment.
