We, XDuce Corporation, specialize in IT project implementations in Investment Banking, Insurance and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.

We are currently implementing a legacy modernization initiative for end-to-end Securities Trading System for our prestigious client in investment banking space which would positively impact the way client does the business in years to come.

We are looking for motivated and highly skilled Java Developers (preferably Full-Stack) to join our expanding team.

Must Haves:

Spring Boot

Front End

Angular

Kafka Messaging Framework

Prism Messaging is a big plus

Database - Mongo/Oracle

Qualification:

Minimum of 12-15 years total experience as an engineer doing development with Angular, Javascript and other UI technologies.

recent 2-3 years' experience in Java 1.8 & Java 11, Spring MVC, Spring batch, REST/SOAP Web services and Microservices

Experience in Angular 11 or higher

Experience in messaging using Kafka is a MUST

Strong DB skills with experience of working on RDBMS as well as NOSQL databases .

Experience in Cloud (AWS preferred) environment is highly desirable

Experience in using GIT, Maven, Unix/Linux for deployment and debugging issues

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles.

Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget.

Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services environment.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement and unit test the code.

Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including planning meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions.

Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality.

Debug and Fix production issues quickly

Timely status reporting to Managers

Understand and Analyze project Risk and provide risk mitigation

Education / Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience

Sun Certification in recent version of Java is a PLUS
