Senior Manager Warranty & Services

We are currently in search of a Warranty and Service Senior Manager for our Recreational Living (RL) division at GE Appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting OEMs with their service needs. This position demands exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong leadership abilities.

Lead and coach Warranty Specialist Team and OEM Service Team.

Monitor and improve existing warranty claim process, drive cases to satisfactory closures.

Monitor and improve key warranty metrics, work closely with OEMs.

Work with Consumer & Dealer Services and call centers with harmonizing solutions and practices.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Audit & Operations team.

Manage development & roll out of technical training for the GE Appliance field service network. (includes RV OEMs, Dealers, RV Service Techs, Service Centers and other unique service companies); key facilitator to present training in person and virtually.

Collaborates with internal teams to develop training materials for product service, basic mechanical and electrical skills, and various product lines to support emerging products.

Provides support at Business & Trade Shows, internal sales meetings, and external road shows when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

7 years of experience in Home Appliance/RV Appliance Service industry.

Technical training in Home/RV Appliances.

Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Demonstrated experience in process improvement.

Develop teams through coaching/mentoring skills.
