IT support/IT customer-facing

Travel (up to 1x/month - short trips) to customer locations as needed to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and software training
Diagnosing and resolving software issues, conducting installations and upgrades, and ensuring optimal SW functionality
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer success
