Purpose
Coordinates, tracks, and corresponds on all Compensation Team requests, including direct inquiries, HRIS workflows, and compensation review requests. Enhances department efficiency and improves current practices. Supports the administration of pay structures, policies, programs and practices. Assists with a variety of analytical-based tasks to ensure the compensation practices, strategies, programs, and policies/procedures are in alignment with the Company compensation philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of compensation policies and programs
Responsible for tracking, logging, and responding to all team emails and requests
Create documentation and perform initial analysis on all compensation reviews, including job change analysis, internal comparator research, and FLSA classification
Support compensation team in market research and analysis as directed
Research, audit, and complete all HR Action requests and approvals within HRIS, including requisition, bonus, and profile change requests
Provide guidance and support to managers and Human Resources team in navigating the HRIS system as needed
Support compensation team participation in market surveys as directed
Track and assist with incentive approvals and payouts
Provide requested reports, perform data audits, clean up, and data entry as needed
Maintain and enhance team documentation and resources to ensure they are efficient, accessible, and accurate
As directed by Compensation Manager, ensure all compensation programs and practices remain in compliance with federal, state, local law
Assist team with the initial design and content of job descriptions, including creating and/or reviewing new and revised job descriptions for content
Maintain job title consistency throughout organization where appropriate
Create and manage position titles and job codes in HRIS system
Maintains an awareness of external trends and best practices
Conduct special compensation projects as requested
May assist with federal and state reporting

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
Maintain the highest ethical standards in dealing with confidential information
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Proficiency in Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, data analytics or related field
Experience in compensation analysis
Experience with job analysis/evaluation
Experience in Kronos/ Workforce Ready HRIS system
