A growing firm HQ’d right outside Philadelphia is seeking a Financial Analyst for a newly created role. This is a traditional FP&A role that will focus on budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. Strong communication skills are a must as this role will frequently present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

· Update and maintain financial statements

· Perform forecasting and metrics tracking

· Create financial models for decision support

· Perform variances analysis and make recommendations for improvements

· Create standardized reports, tool and dashboards

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree

· 2+ years of business finance or related experience
