Chief Technology Officer -- Ruby on Rails

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with expertise in Ruby on Rails to lead our technical team and drive innovation across all aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and technical leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling Ruby on Rails applications. Responsibilities:

Team Building and Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent, building a high-performing team of Ruby on Rails developers. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to empower team members to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience as a technology leader, with a minimum years in a senior management role.
