Due to expansion, they are seeking a Property Manager to help manage their portfolio of new and existing properties. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and will have direct visibility to the leadership team.

You will be leading the portfolio management for new and existing properties throughout the Wilmington, DE area.

Location: Wilmington, DE

Salary: $85K - $100K DOE + Bonus & Benefits
