Description:

The manager is looking for a candidate with solid skills in building reporting and running queries in Service Now. ITIL Cert is also highly desired. Should be comfortable working with multiple teams to gather intel on what reporting is needed. In addition to report creation and monitoring, she is looking for this resource to follow up on the findings from reporting as well (from an incident management perspective).

Responsibilities

1. Collects data to support assessment of IT service performance and ROI (Return On Investment). Supports collaboration with operations and other business functions to ensure successful and ITIL-compliant practices and processes.

2. Evaluates, develops, and deploys new departmental processes. Identifies potential enhancements to existing processes.

3. Supports effective communication with all service providers and stakeholders.

4. Reviews documentation, technical processes and specifications to determine the intended functionality of ITIL initiatives.

5. Utilizes available service platforms to support all process management, reporting and governance?activities. Supports team in preparing for and participating in control reviews and internal/external audit engagements.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

ServiceNow- Experience with developing queries and reports in ServiceNow.

Experience with SQL development and Tableau Reporting.

Experience building Splunk dashboards.

ITIL Certification is a plus
