As the Integration Engineer, you will play an important role in providing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate with multi-disciplined groups within MVG to successfully manage system installations, integrations, and repairs for microwave measurement test solutions in a multitude of technologies and disciplines.

Roles

:Follow instructions from the team lead on Subsystem installations, integration, and test

.Coordination with the Project’s Program Manager and System Engineer for scheduling, tools, logistics, and closure of drawings, work instructions, plans, and other documentation required for successful installation, integration, and tes

tParticipate in technical training in the various aspects of the job, including MVG Antenna and RCS measurement systems; Data Acquisition and Analysis Software; RF & positioning subsystems; Control, Computing electronic hardware; and electrical subsystems

.Schedule, coordinate and/or perform pre-installation site surveys to identify any special needs, communicate their responsibilities to the customer, and set expectations for the installation

.Supports the Project’s design life cycle by providing input on technical and customer perspectives

.Maintain and distribute documentation of the above activities by compiling lessons learned and non-conformance reports

.Lead by example by conducting yourself in a professional manner on customer sites and by following rules regarding safety, proper lifting, OSHA specifications, and operation of rigging equipment

Required Skills & Experience

:5+ years of experience in a technical role (preferably within Electromagnetic and/or Robotics industries

)Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar are acceptable alternatives

.Additional experience may offset degree requirements

.A basic understanding of RF, antennas, and antenna measurements is preferred while the motivation and aptitude to gain in-depth knowledge is required

.Experience with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and wireless communication protocols and test instruments is a plu

sAbility to lift at least 50 pound

sStrong written and verbal communication skills is require

dGood skills and comfort level with computers and software applications are essential to succes

sProficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Products is require

dTravel throughout North America is required

.US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanc
