Plant Quality Manager

StaffBright is actively seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager with 10+ years of experience playing a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of products or services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the organization’s overall success!

Duties:

- Ensuring compliance, implementing quality management systems (QMS), reporting on metrics, ensuring adherence to IATF standards, etc.

- Providing guidance and training on quality systems to team

- Conducting risk assessments, reporting on metrics

- Addressing any customer complaints, and more

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Mechanical Engineering

- 10+ years of experience in a related field

- Strong injection molding knowledge and experience; this person must come from working in a plant environment and be hands-on on the production floor

- Very strong leadership/management skills

- IATF, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Principles knowledge

- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc.
