Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge Salesforce business solutions. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, and leading junior analysts and other key stakeholders, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features.

You Have:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Salesforce Analyst/ or business systems analyst

Experience with Clariti or Salesforce

Knowledge of Agile methodology

Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to translate business needs into effective and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

Nice If You Have:

Experience in facilitating strategic, consultative sessions with stakeholders

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban

Experience in government

Experience with the Salesforce platform

Salesforce certification
