Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)

Pay: $20 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join the team, The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with general office duties.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet and assist visitors to the office

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Assist with data entry and record keeping

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and presentations

Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging catering and other logistics

Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Professional demeanor and positive attitude
