Bankruptcy Litigation Paralegal

A progressive law firm is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience. This paralegal must have pre-judgment and/or post-judgment bankruptcy experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal who wants to join a tech-savvy firm and grow in their legal career!

The ideal paralegal will have:

Experience with commercial, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation

Pre-judgment and/or post-judgment bankruptcy or collections experience

Trial and deposition prep

Drafting legal documents

Legal research

Case management

Document review and production

The firm will give this paralegal the autonomy to handle substantive legal work!

The ability to bill for their time (either a paralegal certificate, attestation, or equivalent)

Logistics:

The firm has a very reasonable 100 hour/month billable hour target for paralegals (and they are flexible about evaluating people based on the quality of their work over churning out a high quantity of hours)
