Immediate need for a talented Junior HR Recruiter Associate. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean, VA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Managing/coordinating interviews for non-executive candidates.

Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates as needed to come to *** for interviews.

Managing the background check process for all internal/external hires.

Working closely with various departments across HR on ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed.

May also be responsible for managing relationships with third party vendors.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must Haves: Open to recent graduates, preference for 1+ years of professional experience.

Must be proficient with scheduling and with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.

Big Plus if they have experience with Workday.

Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are also a must.

Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels.
