We are currently seeking a Peoplesoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Production Support Developer to join the Applications, Development, and Integrations (ADI) team, for our Florida Healthcare Client!

ADI maintains and operates the software that powers enterprise-wide computer systems, creating the technological foundation for the campus’ academic and administrative business functions. ADI is looking for skilled team members who enjoy using their creative talents to produce business solutions that address the needs of and create efficiencies for UF's core business offices.

The Peoplesoft HCM Production Support Developer serves as a point of contact for business customers and Business Relationship Managers to provide day-to-day support for the University’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related systems. Applications, Development, and Integrations (ADI) a unit within UFIT is looking for a skilled team member who enjoys using their creative talents to produce business solutions which address the needs of, and create efficiencies for, core business offices. The successful applicant possesses application and functional expertise in the content, processes, and procedures for the business unit(s) and the business processes associated with Peoplesoft/Oracle ERP.

Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:

Supports, maintains and administers the functional side of the core HCM functions within the ERP and related systems by providing system support and analysis to ensure operational standards are met.

Assists in crafting short and long-term business solutions for complex system problems.

Assists in impact analysis of enhancements, upgrades, and other system changes, including Quality Control (testing) and Change Management life cycle.

Assists in development, configuration settings, maintenance, and functional documentation.

Qualifications:

Operational Functions: Knowledge of the core Human Capital Management functional processes and the ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations.

Technical skills: Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, Microsoft Office Suite

Core Application Systems: The ability to work within an ERP and related systems to evaluate, explain, integrate, enhance, and implement features.

Managing multiple priorities: The ability to manage concurrent activities and make effective judgments about prioritization and time allocation.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools to promote effective analysis, determine the root cause, and create alternative solutions to resolve problems.
