They are dedicated to empowering businesses with technology that drives growth and efficiency. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing efforts.

We are looking for an accomplished Vice President of Marketing with proven experience in the B2B SaaS space. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset and a track record of driving successful digital campaigns, content strategies and product marketing initiatives. This role is hybrid, based in downtown Chicago.

Vice President of Marketing Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement and conversion across various digital channels

Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth

Drive content strategy and development, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience targeting

Collaborate closely with product management and sales teams to develop and execute product marketing initiatives, including product launches and go-to-market strategies

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns and drive continuous improvement

Manage marketing budget allocation and resource planning to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic guidance and insights to support company growth initiatives

Vice President of Marketing Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the B2B SaaS industry

Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns, content strategies and product marketing initiatives

Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques

Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and other relevant marketing technologies
