Responsibilities:

Develop Digital Recruitment Strategies for clinical trial recruitment in collaboration with Global Product Teams and study leaders.

Test and optimize engagement channels to accelerate clinical trial recruitment processes.

Implement digital recruitment strategies at both condition and study levels, aligning with the TA Digital Recruitment Strategy.

Oversee continuous optimization of engagement strategies for enterprise clinical trial recruitment services.

Manage risk, opportunities, and issues effectively across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Deliver governance-approved business cases within tolerance and cultivate key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, marketing, or technology-based subject area.

Minimum of 7 years of experience, with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Understanding of drug development processes and the impact of technology on these processes.

Experience in Digital Health with a solid understanding of healthcare.

Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and hold self and others accountable.

Experience leading implementation and strategy development teams in a global environment.

Experience in implementing or overseeing digital marketing campaigns is beneficial but not essential.
