My client is looking to actively bring on a Project Manager to their growing construction team. My client is a middle market general contractor, strategically placed to provide a close knit company culture and structured growth for PMs. They have a backlog of projects in place for the next 2-3 years and work on multi-million dollar sized commercial & municipal builds. Job Description

Establish and maintain working professional relationships with the project design team, company field and office personnel, subcontractors, and vendors

Lead the preparation of construction documents

Administer contracts with owner, subcontractors, and vendors

Manage value engineering efforts

Prepare and process all paperwork and documents to owner, project design team and subcontractors in a timely and complete manner

Ensure compliance with construction permits

Prepare and maintain project schedule and budgets, communicating changes to project personnel as needed

Review, approve, and process draw requests and payments to suppliers and subcontractors

Work with owner in transitioning the project from construction to residential operations.

Address all project completion and warranty issues and prepare final close-out documentation

Manage budget and financial reporting

Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.

Qualifications

Strong leadership skills

Loyal and committed to projects

Degree in Construction Management or a related field

5-7 years of Project Management experience at a General Contractor

Knowledge with computers (Procure, Microsoft Products, etc.)

Excited about work and growth-oriented

Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
