THE ROLE:

Own and deploy software solutions for critical missions, including Counter Intrusion and Command & Control systems

Solve challenges in networking, autonomy, and systems integration, making pragmatic engineering decisions

Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test functionalities

Write code to enhance products and scale mission capabilities

Travel up to 30% for real-world deployments

Maintain a "Whatever It Takes" mindset, prioritizing successful outcomes with a focus on quality and end-user needs

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4+ years of C++ experience in a Linux development environment

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

A desire to work on critical software that has a real-world impact

Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.

Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis

Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases

PREFERRED

Background in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning for modeling & simulation (M&S) and physical systems.

Feature and algorithm development expertise, including a solid understanding of behavior trees.

Proficient in distributed communication networks and message standards.

*Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $240,000

(The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors)
