Senior Salesforce Development Manager

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Development Manager for one of our clients in the automotive industry. The role can be based out of Orange County, CA or Coppell, TX and is a hybrid / onsite role (2-3 days per week onsite)

This position manages a team of 15 Salesforce engineers responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical systems that support a core product for the business.

Candidates should have a strong technical background in Salesforce development (Apex) and a commitment to building a culture of excellence and innovation. The Development Manager will support a highly dynamic and demanding 24/7 operation.

Experience needed:

• Proven experience as a manager for Salesforce development teams (3+ years)

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

• Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Salesforce certifications are preferred

Technical background in the Salesforce platform as a developer ideally preferred

The role offers a competitive base salary of $160,000-175,000 annually, plus benefits
