We're seeking a Contractor to join our team and deliver exceptional assistance over the phone. Your role will involve supporting users with Windows 2010/2011, Office 365, Adobe products, Cisco phones, WebEx, and handling Basic Active Directory account management. Familiarity with ITIL Incident and Service Request processes is a plus.
Experience and qualifications we're looking for:
Hold certifications such as A+ or HDI Support Center Analyst (or equivalent).
Bring at least two years of experience offering technical support in a Windows 10/Office 365 enterprise environment.
