The Role: Salesforce Solutions Architect

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet our client's unique needs for their CRM. Your primary responsibility will be to assess business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and oversee the entire implementation process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce into our clients' existing systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining Salesforce configurations to ensure long-term scalability and performance.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Enterprise Architecture group and executive leadership to understand requirements and recommend suitable technology and integration solutions.

Stay up to date on the latest technologies and app exchange offerings, evaluating alternative options and presenting creative solutions to senior management and Enterprise Architecture.

Ensure application architectures, such as Salesforce, align with enterprise needs and lead review sessions to mitigate risks.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the wider technology team, management, and business.

Enhance the current architecture with digital solutions, RPA, and automation.

Work with application solutions delivery teams to develop services, components, standards, and frameworks that support our strategy.

Promote adherence to platform standards across teams.

Enforce data integrity and security standards.

Your Qualifications:

7+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed solutions

Proven track record architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, applying Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in APEX, Lightning, Salesforce App Exchange products, distributed systems, micro-services, API models and platforms, data distribution strategies, containerization, networking technologies, and web standards.

Ability to articulate complex system interactions, data flows, integrations, and infrastructure to stakeholders ranging from developers to executives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or a combination of technical skills and a software development background.

Salesforce and TOGAF certifications desirable
