Direct Hire Executive Assistant

We are delighted to be partnered with our Cleveland client to identify a dynamic Executive Assistant, who will be directly supporting the CEO. This unique opportunity requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and independently offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Some of your responsibilities:

Provides sophisticated calendar management for the CEO while prioritizing inquiries and requests and troubleshooting conflicts. Serve as the gatekeeper for the CEO and management team.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, conference or video calls, speaking engagements, and interviews, taking initiative to ensure the appropriate materials are available in advance of appointments

Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.

Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, emails, and other tasks that facilitate the executive's ability to effectively lead the company.

Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Makes all travel arrangements and plans for all details of such.

Maintain a presence in the office to effectively communicate necessary information to the executive; must be able to accurately identify what information is “necessary”

Manages many aspects of the executive’s professional life in an anticipatory manner that meets the expectations of the executive and allows them to focus on corporate productivity.

Play a key role in supporting company participation in several conferences each year, including preparation of marketing materials and coordination of delivery to the offsite location

Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending meetings.

What you'll need to succeed:

5 plus years of experience providing support to C-suite

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Personable, courteous, and confident in all interactions

Self-management and problem-solving skills

A team player mentality

Ability to safeguard confidential information
