Job Description

Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact and ensuring seamless communication of client objectives & strategy to internal teams

Oversee and mentor junior account staff, guiding through day to day activities as well as professional growth; delegate tasks in an effective & productive manner

Collaborate with leadership on new business development efforts; identify & actively pursue opportunities for growth across existing and prospective clients

Develop strategic communication plans, press releases, bylined articles, corporate communications materials, media relations programs, pitches, and more

Stay ahead of shifts within the market & provide strategic guidance to clients accordingly

Skills Required

Minimum 6 years’ of agency experience in a healthcare PR agency

Strong pharma and/or biotech experience is required

An entrepreneurial attitude

Exceptional writing & communication skills
