The Sr. RCM Business Intelligence Analyst is a critical role for the Revenue Cycle Organization. This role will accelerate the enablement of reporting and analytics solutions to drive best-in-class Revenue Cycle performance. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a blend between technical expertise and business acumen, is a self-starter, strategic thinker, and ultimately one that can translate key business questions into data driven answers. This role will build and delivery key reporting and analytics tool kits for all aspects of Amerita’s Revenue Cycle organization.

Responsible for becoming an expert in the Revenue Cycle processes. Gaining deep understanding for the process will enable the right reporting solutions to be developed.

Conducts intake on new reporting requests and ensures we only build what is going to drive the highest business value, while not duplicating reports/dashboards that are already in place.

Migration of current reporting stack away from excel and into a visualization platform.

Responsible for developing and maintaining performance reporting and dashboards to help leaders make data driven decisions in their respective areas.

Analyze revenue cycle data (billing, cash applications, account receivable, etc.,) to provide insights on trends and recommend solutions based on what is observed in the data.

Works across Revenue Cycle departments to support building business cases for continuous improvements, along with developing the right reporting to support a test and learn environment.

Partner with the technology teams to ensure the reporting and analytics infrastructure is stable and high performing.

Assists with building labor cost reporting to help leaders keep a pulse on their operating cost(s).

Proactively identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiencies.

Contribute to the department goals of meeting key productivity metrics.

Support day-to-day operational needs/requests of the revenue cycle teams.

Monitors usage of reporting solutions to ensure value is being created by the work conducted.

Serve as a data thought partner to Amerita’s senior leadership team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field discipline preferred.

Experience with Pharmacy Management/Revenue Cycle Management systems.

4+ years of reporting and analytics experience.

Highly Fluent in SQL and BI Tools (Power BI and/or Tableau).
