Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Pay Range: $20-23/hr.

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL

Hours: 40/week

Position Overview:

Our well-known client a leader in are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving results through adherence to core processes and policies. Reporting to the Supply Interface Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Materials Planning System (MPS), Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes for assigned technologies within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the MPS/DRP/MRP process, optimizing inventory and case fill.

Drive decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan, communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Develop constrained and feasible plans over the aligned time horizon, utilizing SAP and best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory, and capacity.

Own master data and ensure compliance, escalating supply/inventory risks as needed.

Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics, driving continuous improvement.

Support monthly inputs/capacity planning and weekly sequencing to align scheduling wheel and capacity.

Provide immediate resolution for production questions to ensure seamless operations.

Support continuous role documentation updates and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

1+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience.

1+ years of SAP and/or Kinaxis experience/knowledge (Planning related model).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
