SVP / Head of Construction (Multifamily)

SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is seeking an SVP / Head of Construction to join a full service multifamily development firm with a robust pipeline of ground-up garden, BTR, and podium projects in the 200 - 400 unit range throughout the Southeast.

The position is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and overall execution of project delivery of all projects in their region. The SVP / Head of Construction will oversee a staff of Project Managers, Superintendents and construction support teams assigned to a variety of concurrent projects at different stages. The role will be supported by in-house land development/engineering, pre-construction/estimating, and procurement teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, urban planning, or real estate management.

Minimum 12 years of construction management experience, minimum 5 years as a director of Construction or a higher position in an institutional real estate development firm.
