Senior Machine Design Engineer - High-Volume Manufacturing / Li-ion Batteries

Boston - Hybrid (2-3 days / week onsite)

I am looking for Expert Machine / Mechanical Design Engineers to design equipment for a high-volume manufacturing line and own the entire process.

Working for a industry leading Li-ion Battery Technology Company.

Essential Requirements:

10+ years experience in CAD Design for Manufacturing Processes.

Beginning to End Machinery Design for High-Volume Manufacturing Line.

Expert Solidworks.

Required Skills / Experience

GD&T ANSI, Y14.5 m

Expert understanding of pneumatics.

Knowledge of web handling machinery and design principals for web handling.

Knowledge of cam design (plate cams, barrel cams).

Experience with design for DFM (Design for Manufacturability).

Education

BSc Mechanical Engineering.
