Operational Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in communications between stores and the corporate office regarding construction, inventory, and operational issues.

Handle administrative functions to maintain company standards and financial results.

Maintain operational reports, sales ledgers, and store communications.

Ensure enforcement of company policies, including loss prevention, employment, and human resources policies.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights into sales performance and market dynamics.

Conduct financial analysis to track expenditures, identify cost trends, and ensure budget alignment.

Use financial models to assess product profitability and make data-driven decisions on promotional strategies.

Facilitate cross-department communication and coordination regarding operational demands.

Manage and update the SAP system, including ordering fixtures for new stores.

Support stores in adhering to company policies and procedures and resolve operational issues for District Managers or Regional Managers.

Coordinate operations meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.

Preferably comparable multi-unit management experience.

Prior retail industry experience.

Fluent in Madarin Chinese

Operations/District management experience.

Consultative sales experience.

Physical Qualifications:

Mobility in retail environments, the ability to manage retail-related paperwork, and effective communication with employees and customers.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the U.S. to various store locations.

Proficiency in using company computer systems for document preparation, data entry, and report reading.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including extended workdays, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
