Technical Writer

We're in search of a meticulous and highly skilled QHSE Technical Writer to join our team. The main focus of this role is to develop and refine QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures, ensuring they align with departmental and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Write and revise technical documents, including QHSE procedures, guidelines, and work instructions, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant regulations.

Determine the most suitable publication type based on project needs and document control guidelines.

Collaborate with diverse teams to collect feedback, manage interactions, and make necessary revisions.

Evaluate the target audience for technical and procedural documentation, adapting tone and terminology for clarity and comprehension.

Establish writing processes, timelines, and deadlines.

Design diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual tools to enhance process understanding.

Solicit feedback from customers, departments, and other stakeholders to enhance QHSE documentation.

Perform additional duties as required.

Experience: 3+ years of Technical Writer experience
