Our client in Phoenix is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team that wants to learn how to support the acquisition process. In this position you will have to bring an expertise in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Summary:
Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (3 days in office/ 2 days WFH)
Pay: $100-110k + bonus
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret management reporting
Compare budget vs forecast to actuals
Support accounting team in financial close process
Develop reporting capabilities utilizing the ERP system
Analyze all financials from HR, operations, real estate and legal
Track KPI’s and operating metrics
Assist in the budgeting and planning process
Document and communicate all budgeting decisions
Participate in evaluating and executing process improvements and automation of reporting
Identify and assist in all areas of the company with process improvements
Ad hoc and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
REQUIRED: 3+ years of FP&A experience
REQUIRED: Excel Expert
REQUIRED: Experience in Power BI or Tableau
Strong communication both verbal and written
Analytical and self starter
