Defense Litigation Paralegal

Quest Group is retained by a highly respected firm whom to find a talented Defense Litigation Paralegal for their headquarters in Buckhead!

We have worked with extensively and everyone we have placed absolutely loves working with them

Headquarters is in Atlanta and they also have offices in Phoenix, Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas and Birmingham.

Role will be supporting several attorneys and responsible for:

Attending trials as a right hand to counsel.

Assist with Drafting litigation documents.

Summarize Medical records and prepare chronologies.

Prepare timelines, compile info and prepare statistics/charts.

Locate experts needed for trial. *MUST have strong experience attending trails!)

Assist with performing legal research.

EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION! After 90 days, option to work remote on day/week)

Experience will be rewarded with outstanding benefits:

36.25 hour work week (PAID FOR 40 hours), eligible for Overtime

4 weeks PTO
