Job Specification – Remote Commission Only Advertising Sales

Summary

SavvyCard operates RE-Target, the #1 digital advertising network in the US for businesses to market their services directly to real estate agents. For businesses that sell products & services directly to real estate agents or for home services that benefit from building a long term referral relationship with real estate agents, RE-Target is one of the most cost effective and targeted digital channels available to advertisers.

SavvyCard is seeking remote, commission only inside sales reps with ad sales experience to join our sales team. This position includes no base compensation, but generates high, recurring commissions on sales.

If you are an experienced advertising sales professional who has existing relationships with accounts that sell products to real estate agents or benefit from referrals from real estate agents (for example large mortgage, insurance or contracting companies) this is a fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

Outbound phone, email & social media prospecting inquiries to a lead list provided by the company

Personalize and refine sales scripts based on proven scripts provided by the company

Follow up with prospects via call, email, and text to progress & close sales opportunities

Maintain client relationships to prevent churn and cross sell as appropriate when new ad markets launch

Solicit referrals from clients to corporate or organizational peers in other markets

Operational Activities

Enter sales into transaction system (Stripe)

Reach out to customers when credit cards fail

Support design and fulfillment team as needed to onboard new customers

Send confirmation emails to customers post-sale

Send notices to operations & fulfillment to kick off the onboarding process

Maintain up-to-date records and notes in CRM and prospect spreadsheets

Skills & Requirements

3+ years in advertising sales or similar digital services sales

Experience with sales of premium, targeted advertising preferred

Knowledge of the Residential Real Estate market highly preferred

Excellent communication skills

Competence with CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Remote Communications software (Google Meet, etc.)

Compensation, Benefits & Organization

Organization:

Reports to the Director of Advertising Sales

Compensation:

Performance based commissions on 100% of revenue generated from sales

Commission rate to be determined based on experience
