Backend Engineer (Fully Remote, U.S. Only)

Wingz is a rideshare company focused on Specialized Transportation, which we define as transportation requiring drivers with special training. Our primary use cases today include Healthcare and Airport transportation. We currently operate in the states of Georgia, California, Texas, Oregon, Arkansas, Virginia and Florida.

Immediate responsibilities include:

Writing great code that makes our Healthcare-focused rideshare platform better each day

Building features/improvements for web and mobile apps

Data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

Living and authorized to work anywhere in the United States

Fluent in English with strong communication skills

3+ years of experience including at least 1 year of remote work experience

Proficient with Django, Django REST framework and MySQL

Experience deploying/supporting live production apps and REST APIs
